• If stream is to be private, the family must provide their own password and it is the families responsibility to relay the correct information to intended parties as Open Entertainment Inc. or any other third party will not, under any circumstance, release passwords to anyone.
• Open Entertainment Inc. is not responsible for user error and no refunds will be issued as a result of user technology not being 100% etc.
• family understands that not all parties may properly access site with password protection and Open Entertainment Inc. will not be liable for any mishaps arising from that
• Open Entertainment and its third party New Haven will not be responsible for any late or last minute  request that do not make the livestream.
• Any and all refunds are at the sole discretion of Open Entertainment Inc. and will be evaluated on a case by case basis.
  All media must be submitted no later than 48 hrs prior to service date. No Exceptions
• Open entertainment Inc. will not be liable for any media submitted by anyone that does not play properly or is not formatted correctly
• Video media must be submitted in MP4 format and Audio in MP3 format, Open Entertainment Inc. will not be responsible for any conversion of any media ie WhatsApp files etc.
• Maximum of 5 video tributes allowed on intake form
• Maximum of 5 songs allowed
• Fee: $625 + hst
